摘要
喹诺酮类药物(FQNS)是含有氟元素的喹啉环烯衍生物,该类药物具有良好的抗菌特性,能很好地被动物机体所吸收,治疗成效相对较高,价格相对较为便宜,在临床疾病防治中具有很好的应用。但随着该种抗生素的应用比例不断增加,很多养殖户的不科学用药行为造成的药物残留和病原,尿性增加的态势越来越严重。目前喹诺酮类抗生素已被广泛应用到各种家畜家禽水产的疾病治疗和预防工作中,在控制细菌感染,增加动物生长速度方面发挥不可替代的作用。由于其耐药性和潜在的致癌性引起广泛的关注。研究以鸡肉组织为例探讨畜禽产品中喹诺酮类药物的检测技术。
Quinolones(FQNS) are derivatives of quinolines containing fluorine,which have good antibacterial properties,can be well absorbed by animal body,and have relatively high therapeutic effect and relatively low price,it has a good application in clinical disease prevention and treatment.However,with the increasing proportion of the use of antibiotics,many farmers unscientific drug use behavior caused by drug residues and pathogens,the situation of increasing urine more and more serious.At present,quinolone antibiotics have been widely used in the treatment and prevention of various livestock and poultry aquatic diseases,and play an irreplaceable role in controlling bacterial infection and increasing the growth rate of animals.Due to its drug resistance and potential carcinogenicity,it has attracted extensive attention.A method for the determination of quinolones in poultry and livestock products was studied.
