育成羊俗称幼龄羊断奶羔羊,是羔羊从断奶到第1次配种之前的阶段,通常为3~18月龄。育成羊发育速度最快,饲料利用率最高,营养物质需求量较大。此阶段如果没有做好妥善的养殖管理工作,会影响育成羊正常生长发育,造成个头较小,体重较轻,达不到种用要求或者出栏要求。同时还易造成体型变弱、背毛稀疏、品质较差、性成熟较晚,不能按时配种,影响育成羊的整体利用,甚至会失去种种价值。在规模羊养殖产业发展,很多养殖户对育成羊的饲养管理技术要点掌握不足,严重影响羊的生长发育。该文主要论述育成羊的饲养管理技术要点。

Growing-up sheep,commonly known as young weaning lamb,is the lamb from weaning to the first breeding stage,usually 3 to 18 months of age.The growing sheep had the fastest growth rate,the highest utilization rate of feed and the largest requirement of nutrients.If this stage does not do a good job of breeding management,will affect the normal growth and development of breeding sheep,resulting in a smaller size,lighter weight,can not meet the requirements for seed use or market requirements.At the same time,it is easy to make the body weak,back hair sparse,poor quality,late sexual maturity,unable to breed on time,affect the overall utilization of breeding sheep,and even lose all kinds of value.In the development of largescale sheep breeding industry,many breeders have not mastered the key points of feeding and management,which seriously affects the growth and development of sheep.This paper mainly discusses the main points of feeding and management technology in breeding sheep.
