Molecular Biology Research Status of Gastric Cancer

摘要 随着对胃癌发病分子机制的深入研究,发现胃癌的进展与一系列分子水平的变化有关,包括相关基因的突变、非编码RNA表达失调、信号通路的调节异常、肿瘤微环境改变及胃癌干细胞分化异常等,使分子靶向治疗在抗肿瘤治疗中逐渐显示出良好的应用。但由于胃癌具有较高的肿瘤异质性,导致其缺乏稳定高效的治疗选择性及可靠的用来预测病人预后和治疗反应的肿瘤标记物。目前,仍然亟需更加深入的研究胃癌分子生物学机制,以解决胃癌腹膜转移、耐药等难题。 With the in-depth study of the molecular mechanism of gastric cancer,it has been found that the progression of gastric cancer is related to a series of changes at the molecular level,including related gene mutations,noncoding RNA expression disorders,abnormal signal pathway regulation,tumor microenvironment changes,and abnormal gastric cancer stem cell differentiation etc,which make molecular targeted therapy gradually show good application in anti-tumor therapy.However,due to the high tumor heterogeneity of gastric cancer,it lacks stable and efficient treatment options,and reliable biomarkers used to predict the patient's prognosis and treatment response.At present,there is still an urgent need for more in-depth research on the molecular biological mechanism of gastric cancer to solve the problems of gastric cancer peritoneal metastasis and gastric cancer drug resistance.
