基于文献检索分析减重及代谢外科基础研究现状及未来方向

Current status and future direction of basic research on metabolic and bariatric surgery:an analysis based on literature retrieval

基础研究课题来自于临床问题,而通过开展基础研究则可进一步指导临床实践。同样,减重及代谢外科的发展也离不开基础研究。检索2017年1月至2020年11月发表在非减重及代谢外科专业临床期刊的减重及代谢外科相关纯基础研究论著,最终获得66篇文献,进行归类分析总结。高影响因子(IF)期刊文章相对较少,IF值>10分的文献共有5篇,最高分值为21.567分(Cell Metabolism杂志),5~10分的文献14篇,其余均为IF值<5分的文章。在研究热点方面,减重及代谢手术治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)的机制研究出现频次最高,在IF值≥5分的文章中占84.2%(16/19),此外,减重及代谢手术对肠-脑轴的作用及其机制研究出现频次为10次,其中9次出现在IF值<5分的期刊,占19.1%(9/47)。可见,减重及代谢外科基础研究依然较少,主要聚焦于手术治疗T2DM的作用机制方面,肠-脑轴在手术治疗T2DM中的作用机制研究期待突破,减重及代谢手术对机体效应器官和组织的作用与代谢调控,有可能是未来研究发展方向。

Basic science research topics usually originate from clinical findings and puzzles,moreover,it can further guide clinical practice.We searched the basic science research articles related to metabolic and bariatric surgery published from January 2017 to November 2020 in nonclinical journals,and finally obtained 66 articles,which were additionally classified,analyzed and summarized.The number of articles with high impact factor(IF)was relatively small.There were 5 articles with an IF>10,and the highest score was 21.567(Cell Metabolism).Another 14 papers had an IF between 5 and 10.The remaining 47 publications scored less than 5.In terms of hot research topics,the mechanistic study on the type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)remission after metabolic and bariatric surgery were published the most frequently,accounting for 84.2%(16 out of 19)of the articles with IF>5.In addition,the frequency of the effect and mechanism of metabolic and bariatric surgery on gut brain axis was 10 times,of which 9 times(9 out of 47,19.1%)appeared in the journals with an IF<5.Currently,the number of basic research publications on metabolic and bariatric surgery is limited,mainly focusing on the mechanism of T2DM remission by the surgical procedures.The mechanism of gut brain axis after surgery is expected to break through.The effect and metabolic regulation of metabolic and bariatric surgery on the related effector organs and tissues may become the future research direction.
