摘要
创新是区域发展的不竭动力,目前江西省在高新技术开发区上的发展已有显著成效。为对江西省内各高新区的发展情况进行进一步的评价,根据DEA模型对各高新区的技术创新效率进行测度。通过不同高新区纯技术效率、规模效率的对比分析发现,江西省高新区存在区域发展不平衡的现象,存在资源利用效率及投入产出结构有待优化等问题。在研究基础上给予DEA无效的高新区按参照高新区发展情况进行调整,并由相关部门给予政策上的支持和引领。
Innovation is the inexhaustible driving force of regional development.At present,Jiangxi Province has achieved remarkable results in the development of high-tech development zones.In order to further evaluate the development of each High-tech Zone in Jiangxi Province,this paper measures the technological innovation efficiency of each high-tech zone according to DEA model.Through the comparative analysis of pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of different high-tech zones,it is found that there are some problems in Jiangxi hightech zones,such as unbalanced regional development,resource utilization efficiency and input-output structure to be optimized.On the basis of the research,the high-tech zones with invalid DEA will be adjusted according to the development of high-tech zones,and the relevant departments will give policy support and guidance.
