摘要
本文立足于对天珑商业综合体实地调研的基础上,采用问卷调查法、文献研究法,分析其目前面临的困境,并针对问题展开原因分析。最后从企业、政府、劳动者三方面提出相应的建议。
Based on the field investigation of Tianlong commercial complex,this paper uses questionnaire survey and literature research method to analyze its current difficulties,and analyzes the reasons for the problems. Finally,it puts forward corresponding suggestions from three aspects of enterprises,government and workers.
