Results of Influenza Surveillance in Hanzhong City From 2016 to 2019

摘要 目的分析2016-2019年汉中市流行性感冒流行特征,为今后该市流感防控提供依据。方法对汉中市2016-2019年哨点医院流感样病例和疾病预防控制中心流感实验室病原学监测数据进行描述和分析。使用SPSS 17.0软件对数据进行处理,率之间的比较采用χ^2检验,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果汉中市2016-2019年哨点医院共报告流感样病例14613例,平均流感样病例就诊比例为2.19%,且ILI%呈逐年递增趋势。报告流感样病例以0~岁组和5~岁组为主,分别占总数的34.91%和31.90%。2016-2019年共采集流感样病例样本3941份,检出RNA阳性为928份,阳性率为23.55%。2016年优势毒株为乙型Victoria系,2017年优势毒株为甲型H3N2亚型,2018和2019年优势毒株均为甲型H1N1亚型。结论2016-2019年汉中市流感流行强度较大,在流感流行高峰期(冬春季),应做好重点人群(15岁以下年龄组)保护工作。 Objectives To analyze the epidemic characteristics of influenza in Hanzhong City from2016 to 2019 in order to provide basis for the prevention and control of influenza in the future.Methods Data of influenza-like illness(ILI)from sentinel hospital and the pathogen surveillance results from influenza laboratory of CDC in Hanzhong City from 2016 to 2019 were collected and analyzed.Results From 2016 to 2019,there were 14613 ILI cases reported by the sentinel hospital in Hanzhong City.The average rate of ILI was 2.19%,and the rate of ILI was increasing year by year.Most ILL cases were reported from the age groups of 0-4 and 5-14 years,accounting for34.91%and 31.90%of the total ILI cases,respectively.In 2016-2019,3941 specimens of ILI cases were collected.928 specimens were RNA positive,with a positive rate of 23.55%.The dominant strain was B(Victoria)in 2016,the dominant strain was A(H3N2)in 2017,and the dominant strain was A(H1N1)in 2018 and 2019.Conclusion The epidemic intensity of influenza is relatively strong from 2016 to 2019 in Hanzhong City.During the peak period of influenza epidemic(winter and spring),the protection of key population(≤15 years old)should be done well.
