医学院校公共事业管理专业人才培养的现状分析

Status analysis of talent cultivation of public service administration in medical colleges and universities

目的了解医学院校公共事业管理专业人才培养现状,为完善该专业的人才培养方案提供依据。方法采用自编调查问卷,对广东医科大学2017届和2018届公共事业管理专业的毕业生开展调查,采用Epidata 3.1软件把调查结果录入计算机,并运用SPSS 17.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果学生对该专业认同感较低;学生对课程设置满意度较低;专业教学条件有限;毕业实习情况不容乐观。结论学校要重视该专业的发展,优化课程设置,改进实习计划,提高学生的专业认同感,从而不断完善该专业的人才培养方案。

Objective To understand the talent cultivation status of public service manage-ment specialty in medical colleges and universities,and provide basis for improving the talent cul-tivation program of this specialty.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate graduates who graduated in 2017 and 2018,and majored in public service management specialty of Guangdong Medical University.The results were entered into computer by Epidata 3.1 and anal-yzed by SPSS 17.0.Results Graduates have low professional identity and low degree of satisfa-ction to the curriculum.What’s more,professional teaching condition was limited,and gradua-tion field practice was not promising.Conclusion The university should attach importance to the development of this specialty,optimize the curriculum,improve the internship program,and en-hance students’professional identity,so as to continuously improve the talent cultivation program of this specialty.
