新冠疫情背景下护士线上防疫培训效果及影响因素分析 被引量:5

Analysis of effect and influencing factors of nurses’ online pandemic prevention training during the COVID-19 pandemic

摘要 目的调查并研究护士参与线上APP防疫培训的效果,为疫情期间护士防疫培训提供参考。方法选取中国医科大学附属盛京医院82名护士作为研究对象,通过参与线上APP疫情防控培训,采用线上答卷的方式,统计其培训前和培训1个月后的防疫核心能力得分情况并分析影响因素。结果培训前和培训1个月后的护士防疫核心能力得分分别为(126.51±11.28)分和(150.73±13.35)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。护士培训前和培训1个月后防疫核心能力不同维度得分均有提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。不同特征护士在培训前后防疫核心能力得分均有提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。多因素线性回归分析显示,工作年限、参加防疫知识培训的次数和是否是感控专科护士为改善护士防疫知识学习效果的影响因素。结论根据影响因素进行有针对性的线上防疫知识培训,有效提高了护士的防疫知识水平,开拓了护理培训新方法。 Objective To investigate and study the effect of nurses participating in online app training of pandemic prevention,and provide reference for nurse training of pandemic prevention during the COVID-19 pandemic.Methods 82 nurses from Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University were selected as the research objects.Through participating in the online app training of pandemic prevention and control,their scores of core competence of pandemic prevention be-fore and after 1 month of training were collected by online exam,and the influencing factors were analyzed.Results Scores of the core competence before and 1 month after the training in were(126.51±11.28)and(150.73±13.35)respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Before and 1 month after the training,nurses’core competence of pandemic prenvention in different dimensions were increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).For nurses with different characteristics,core competence scores of of pandemic prevention before and after the training were improved,and the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.01).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that working years,the number of times of taking part in pandemic prevention knowledge training and whether infection control specialty nurses were the main factors influencing the learning effect of pandemic prevention knowledge of nurses.Conclusion Based on the influencing factors,targeted online pandemic prevention know-ledge training has effectively improved the nurses’knowledge of pandemic prevention and expan-ded new methods of nursing training.
