自动化仪器虚拟仿真项目在医学检验实验教学中的应用探索 被引量:13

摘要 目的探究自动化仪器虚拟仿真项目在医学检验实验教学中的应用效果。方法以2016级医学检验技术专业120名本科生为研究对象,随机抽取60人为对照组,另外60人为实验组。对照组采用讲授知识和观看仪器操作视频进行课堂教学;实验组采用知识讲授和虚拟仿真实训平台引导下进行仪器操作练习的学习方法。学习结束后,对两组学生自动化仪器部分的理论和实践成绩进行比较;并对实验组学生进行问卷调查,了解其应用虚拟仿真技术进行教学的情况。结果实验组学生理论和实践考核成绩均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。实验组学生认为虚拟仿真教学对掌握学习内容有帮助(满意度达80%以上),这种教学方式能增加学生学习兴趣,并能满足其学习需求。结论基于虚拟实验平台的实验教学,丰富了医学教育形式,提升了学生的学习兴趣和自主学习能力,有助于提高实验教学质量。 Objective To investigate the application effect of virtual simulation project of au-tomated instrument in medical examination experimental teaching.Methods 120 undergraduates majoring in medical examination technology enrolled in 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 60 students in each.The method of tea-ching knowledge and watching video of instrument operation was used in the teaching of the con-trol group,while the method of teaching knowledge and operating under the guidance of virtual sim-ulation training platform was adopted in the experimental group.After the learning,theoretical and practical scores related to automated instrument of the 2 groups were compared,and questionna-ire survey was conducted to the students in the experimental group to know the application of vir-tual simulation technology in teaching.Results Theoretical and practical scores in the experimen-tal group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.01).Students in the experimental group considered that virtual simulation teaching is beneficial to acquire knowledge,with more than 80%of satifaction.This teaching method can im-prove students’learning interest,and satisfy their learning needs.Conclusion Experiemtnal tea-ching based on virtual experiment platform enriches the form of medical education,enhances stu-dents’learning interest and self-learning ability,and contributes to the improvement of teaching qua-lity of experiment.
