技能中心在住培研究生临床能力培养中的应用现状和分析 被引量:3

Application status and analysis of skill training center in clinical ability training of resident-trained postgraduates

摘要 目的了解并轨培养模式下,技能中心在住培研究生临床能力培养中的应用现状,探讨改进措施。方法采用问卷调查法,对浙江中医药大学3家附属医院共246名临床医学专业学位硕士研究生进行调查。结果91.2%(217/238)的研究生认为技能中心在其临床培训过程中起到积极作用,但仍有73.1%(174/238)的研究生认为当前技能中心存在不足,主要表现为:临床培训与工作时间冲突[79.8%(190/238)]、培训设备不能满足需要[68.5%(163/238)]、带教医师缺乏责任心[56.3%(134/238)]等。针对以上问题提出以下改进意见:合理安排培训时间[73.1%(173/238)]、引进专科教学设备[63.4%(151/238)]、严格筛选带教医师[52.1%(124/238)]。结论当前并轨培养模式下基于临床技能中心平台进行医学专业学位硕士研究生临床能力培养具有一定的针对性和实用性,各住培基地要长期探索,不断深化技能中心建设,确保其在研究生教育中发挥越来越重要的作用。 Objective To understand the application status of skill center platform in the cli-nical ability training of resident-trained postgraduates under the integrated training mode,and dis-cuss the improving measures.Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted to 246 professional degree postgraduates majoring in clinical medicine from three affiliated hospitals of Zhejiang Chi-nese Medical University.Results 91.2%(217/238)of postgraduats believed that skill training cen-ter plays an active role in their clinical training process,while 73.1%(174/238)of them still held the idea that skill training center was deficient in clinical ability training.Main inadequacies incl-ude conflict between clinical training and working time[79.8%(190/238)],the fact that training equipment can not meet the needs[68.5%(163/238)],teaching physicians’lack of responsibility[56.3%(134/238)]and so on.Aiming at the above problems,improving suggestions contain reasonable arr-angement of training time[73.1%(173/238)],bringing in specialized teaching equipment[63.4%(151/238)],and strictly selecting teaching physicians[52.1%(124/238)].Conclusion Under the integrated training mode,training clinical ability of professional degree postgraduates majoring in clinical medicine based on medical skill center platform is targeted and practical.Resident training bases should carry out long-term exploration and constantly deepen the construction of skill cen-ter to ensure that it plays an increasingly important role in postgraduate education.
