大采高工作面覆岩移动规律相似模拟研究

摘要 为了对厚煤层大采高工作面顶板进行科学管理,文章以左权阜生煤业1102工作面为背景,运用相似模拟试验,对工作面回采期间覆岩移动规律、顶板结构及超前支承压力分布特征进行了研究。研究结果表明:工作面来压期间,顶板覆岩呈现出明显的“斜台阶”结构,顶板垮落高度维持在60~65 m,支承压力峰值距离工作面煤壁约为20 m,并提出回采期间应加强支承压力影响范围的现场管理。 In order to scientifically manage the roof of large mining height of thick coal seam,based on 1102 working face of Zuoquan Fusheng Mining Industry,this paper studies the overburden movement rule,roof structure and the distribution characteristics of leading abutment pressure during stoping of working face by using similarity simulation test.The results show that the roof overburden shows an obvious“inclined step”structure during the pressure coming from the working face,the roof caving height is maintained at 60~65 m,the peak abutment pressure is about 20 m from the coal wall of the working face,and the site management of the influence range of abutment pressure should be strengthened during the mining.
