聚磁型永磁游标容错电机研究

摘要 提出一种带有磁通桥结构的聚磁型永磁游标容错电机,引入容错齿结构。首先,提出了SAPMVFM结构,采用磁通桥结构改善多极对聚磁型永磁游标电机磁路,提高电机的输出转矩,并通过定子Halbach阵列改善了由于磁通桥造成的输出转矩波动。其次,对游标电机的电磁原理及磁通桥结构的工作原理进行了分析。再次,对电机的结构进行了优化以得到较优的反电动势及输出转矩。最后,通过有限元仿真对比了3种拓扑结构电机的性能,验证了磁通桥结构与Halbach阵列对聚磁型永磁游标容错电机的性能改善。 A Spoke array permanent magnet vernier fault-tolerant machine with alternate flux bridges was proposed.Fault-tolerant tooth was used to improve the fault-tolerance performance.Firstly,the structure of SAPMVFM was proposed.The alternate flux bridges have been introduced to improve the magnetic circuit of the high pole ratio SAPMVM and increase the output torque.Halbach array on the stator was used to improve the output torque fluctuation caused by the flux bridges.Secondly,the electromagnetic principle of vernier motor and operating principle of flux bridge were analyzed.Thirdly,the structure of the motor was optimized to better back EMF and output torque.At last,the performance of three different motors was compared by the finite element simulation,and the improvement of the flux bridges and Halbach array on the spoke array permanent magnet vernier fault-tolerant motor was verified.
