摘要
电机径向辐射噪声主要原因是电机径向电磁力。本文针对某乘用车驱动电机低速啸叫问题进行了力波分析、电磁方案优化以及试验验证。通过分析低速状态驱动电机力波剖析了低速啸叫问题产生的根源。建立定子铁心3D模态有限元模型,分析得出电机的主要模态频率,结合磁固耦合动态响应分析方法对电机振动噪声响应对比分析。最后,通过在整车上进行NVH测试验证、对比分析。
Radial radiated noise of motor is mainly caused by radial electromagnetic force.In this paper,force wave analysis,electromagnetic scheme optimization and experimental verification were carried out to solve the problem of low speed noise of a lunar vehicle motor.The cause of low speed noise was analyzed by analyzing the force wave of driving motor at low speed.The stator core 3D modal vibration and noise response of the motor was compared and analyzed with the magnetic-solid coupling dynamic response analysis method.Finally,through NVH test verification,comparative analysis on the vehicle.
