摘要
传统PMSM矢量控制应对突变负载干扰的能力薄弱,为了提高系统的抗干扰性,本文提出了负载转矩前馈补偿电流环控制的新方法。为了能够同步观测到电机上的负载情况,本文提出了龙伯格负载转矩状态观测器,将检测到的负载转矩以前馈补偿的形式对电流环进行优化,从而提高PMSM矢量控制系统的抗负载能力,实现动态和稳态特性的优化。最后通过Simulink搭建控制系统模型并进行仿真,实验结果验证了该方法的可行性。
Based on the weakness of traditional PMSM Vector Control in dealing with sudden load disturbance,a new method of load torque feedforward compensation current loop control was proposed in this paper.In order to detect the load of the motor in real time,this paper designed a Luenberger load torque state observer,which optimized the current loop in the form of the detected load torque feedforward compensation,improved the anti-load ability of PMSM vector control system,and realized the optimization of dynamic and steady characteristics.Finally,the control system model was built by Simulink and simulation was carried out to verify the feasibility of the method.
