浅谈水表计量检定和优化方案设计

Discuss on the Metrological Verification of Water Meter and Design of Optimization Scheme

水表作为生活中息息相关的计量仪表,按照国家相关规定,在自来水厂安装前,需由计量部门按照检定规程的要求对水表进行检定,检定合格后方可投入使用。本文结合机械水表计量检定的特点提出了对机械水表检定装置的升级改造。根据实践经验和研究,优化了水表检定装置,讨论了在改造过程中需要解决的技术问题,以及改造后的效果。

Water meters are closely related to life.According to the relevant national regulations,the water meter needs to be verif ied by the metrology department before the water plant is i nstalled.Then passing the verif ication can it be put into use.Based on the characteristics of mechanical water meter about measurement verif ication,this paper proposes to upgrade and revise verif ication device of the mechanical water meter.Based on practical experience and research,the water meter verif ication device was optimized,and the technical problems that need to be solved during the transformation process and the effects after the transformation were discussed.
