Research on Project Cost Control under EPC General Contracting Mode

对于项目的承包商来说,工程造价直接影响着项目的总投资成本,因此,在EPC总承包模式下,应进一步的优化设计方案,保证施工进度的有序完成,采取有效的工程造价控制策略,从而有效的降低项目的施工投资成本。本文从EPC总承包模式的定义及分类、EPC总承包模式的主要特点和EPC总承包模式下的工程造价控制措施三方面详细的讨论了EPC总承包模式下如何有效做好工程造价的控制工作。

For the contractor of the project,the project cost directly affects the total investment cost of the project.Therefore,under the EPC general contracting mode,the design scheme should be further optimized,so as to ensure the orderly completion of the construction schedule,and effective project cost control strategies should be adopted to effectively reduce the construction investment cost of the project.This paper discusses in detail how to effectively control the project cost under the EPC general contracting mode from three aspects:the def inition and classif ication of the EPC general contracting mode,the main characteristics of the EPC general contracting mode,and the project cost control measures under the EPC general contracting mode.
