压力容器无损检测技术综述

摘要 压力容器在使用的过程之中存在较大的安全隐患,因此对压力容器进行定期的检测和维护保养才能够保证压力容器安全稳定运行。在进行压力容器检测的过程之中要应用到多种无损检测技术,这些技术的应用水平直接决定了能否准确的检测出压力容器存在的问题。本文首先分析了在压力容器检测的过程之中使用的无损检测技术的分类,并在此技术上论述了无损检测技术在压力容器检测过程之中的具体应用。 There are great hidden dangers in the process of using the pressure vessel,so the regular inspection and maintenance of the pressure vessel can ensure the safe and stable operation of the pressure vessel.In the process of pressure vessel testing,a variety of non-destructive testing techniques should be applied.The application level of these techniques directly determines whether the pressure vessel can be accurately detected.This paper firstly analyzes the classification of non-destructive testing technology used in the process of pressure vessel testing,and discusses the application of non-destructive testing technology in the process of pressure vessel testing.
