医院档案管理中精细化管理措施探讨

Discussion on Fine Management Measures in Hospital Archives Management

针对现阶段医院档案管理中存在的问题,本文提出精细化管理思路。本文首先分析了现阶段医院档案管理中存在的问题,包括专业水平较低、基础环境相对薄弱、管理制度不完善、档案收集效率低、工作人员能力较差等,针对这些问题,本文提出了加强制度建设、做好档案管理和归档、加大信息化建设力度、建立责任体系、提高管理人员的能力等措施,相信对从事相关工作的同行能有所裨益。

In view of the problems existing in the current hospital file management,this paper puts forward the idea of fine management.Firstly,the paper analyzes the problems existing in the current hospital file management,including the low professional level,the relatively weak basic environment,the imperfect management system,the low eff iciency of file collection,and the poor ability of the staff.Aiming at these problems,this paper puts forward some measures,such as strengthening system construction,managing and archiving archives well,strengthening information construction,establishing responsibility system and improving the ability of management personnel.I believe it will be of benef it to those who are engaged in relevant work.
