半导体物理混合式教学探讨

摘要 半导体物理是电子科学与技术专业的核心基础课之一,是学习半导体器件物理以及半导体集成电路的基础。本文介绍了半导体物理课程的教学内容,课程任务等基本情况,探讨了如何借助在线教育资源平台和直播会议平台等线上授课方式结合课堂教学实现混合式教学,以及问题导向的教学模式在半导体物理教学过程中的应用。新的教学模式不仅激发了学生学习主动性,也提高了学生应用理论知识解决实际问题的能力。 Semiconductor physics is one of the core basic courses for undergraduate students majoring in electronic science and technology.This course is the basis for semiconductor device physics and semiconductor integrated circuits.This paper introduces the teaching contents and tasks of semiconductor physics.It presents how to realize mixed teaching by means of traditional classroom teaching combined with online education resource platform,live conferences and other online teaching methods.The application of problem-oriented teaching mode in the teaching process of semiconductor physics is also discussed.This new teaching mode not only stimulates students'learning initiative,but also improves their ability to solve practical problems.
