营销高危及重要客户大数据应用

摘要 在目前的发展背景下,由于我国社会的经济水平以及科学技术都在不断发展,所以高危以及重要客户对于公用电服务的可靠性以及高效性还有规范性等各个方面的要求都在不断提升。目前高危及重要客户管理服务存在以下几个薄弱环节:一是客户信息较分散,不能形成全面的客户视图;二是重要客户认定标准模糊,容易遗漏;三是重要客户的隐患风险难防范,没有有效的事前发现手段;四是重要客户内部主要/重要设备运行情况不明,难以为客户提供及时、准确的安全用电服务;五是缺乏得力工具为用户精准画像并进一步制定个性化的精准服务。 Under the current development background,due to the continuous development of China's social economic level and science and technology,the requirements of high-risk and important customers for the reliability,eff iciency and standardization of public electricity services are constantly improving.At present,there are several weak links in high-risk and important customer management services:Firstly,customer information is scattered and a comprehensive customer view cannot be formed;Secondly,the criteria for identifying important customers are vague and easy to miss;Thirdly,the hidden dangers of important customers are diff icult to prevent,and there is no effective means of discovery in advance;Fourthly,the operation of major/important equipment in important customers is unknown,and it is diff icult to provide customers with timely and accurate safe electricity service;Fifthly,there is a lack of effective tools to accurately picture users and further develop personalized and accurate services.
