Management of Product Research and Development(R&D)Knowledge Based on PLM System

产品生命周期管理系统(PLM)是一款能够整合企业中的数据、流程、业务系统信息管理系统。基于PLM系统,设计符合企业实际的产品研发知识管理方法,推进实施应用,是整个企业可持续发展的重要一步。本文分析了目前制造企业在产品研发过程中对于研发知识数据管理的详细现状及企业发展需求,根据PLM系统功能,结合实践案例提出产品研发知识管理并实施的方法。

Product life cycle management system(PLM)is an information management system which can integrate data,process and business system in an enterprise.Based on PLM system,it is an important step for the sustainable development of the whole enterprise to design a product R&D knowledge management method which is in line with the actual situation of the enterprise and promote the implementation and application.This paper analyzes the detailed status quo and enterprise development needs of R&D knowledge data management in the process of product R&D in manufacturing enterprises.According to the function of PLM system,combined with practical cases,the method of product R&D knowledge management and implementation is proposed.
