摘要
为了更优质地提升电力服务工作的质量,电力企业应针对工作人员开展一系列的教育培训活动,但是由于培训活动的理念和方式现存在一定的错误,导致电力企业更多重视的是培训的过程,而对培训活动的结果和是否产生效果却不够重视。除此之外,在面临竞争日益激烈的电力市场环境下,人才是企业是否保持竞争力的重要因素,因此更需要建立科学、完善的人才评价机制,本文主要就是对当前阶段电力企业在员工培训工作开展中的具体情况,以及人才评价工作开展的情况来进行深入的探究。
In order to improve the quality of electric power service,electric power enterprises should carry out a series of education and training activities for the staff,but because there are some mistakes in the concept and mode of the training activities,the electric power enterprises pay more attention to the process of training,but not enough attention to the results of the training activities and whether they produce results.In addition,in the face of increasingly fierce competition in the electricity market environment,talent is an important factor for enterprises to m aintain competitiveness,so it is more necessary to establish a scientific and perfect talent evaluation mechanism.In this paper,the specif ic situation of the current stage of electric power enterprises in the development of staff training work,as well as the development of talent evaluation work to carry out in-depth exploration.
