大数据环境下的国企档案信息化管理探析

大数据的出现和应用为国企档案管理工作提供了前进思路和发展方向。目前,为更好提升档案管理效率,开拓档案资料价值,在一些国企内部,逐渐推行起了信息化管理的档案管理模式。本文聚焦于国企档案的信息化管理工作,先是分析了大数据时代国企档案信息化管理的优势,随后又对档案信息化管理做出策略分析,以此促进国企档案管理工作的发展和完善。

The emergence and application of big data provide a forward thinking and development direction for the archives management of state-owned enterprises.At present,in order to better improve the efficiency of file management and expand the value of archives,the file management mode of information management has been gradually implemented in some state-owned enterprises.This paper focuses on the information management of state-owned enterprise archives,f irst analyzes the advantages of state-owned enterprise archives information management in the era of big data,and then makes a strategic analysis of archives information management,so as to promote the development and improvement of state-owned enterprise archives management.
