高校科研平台提升人才培养支撑能力的路径探讨

Discussion on the Way to Improve the Supporting Ability of Personnel Training of University Scientific Research Platform

人才培养是高校的中心工作,提升高校科研平台人才培养支撑能力,强化科研反哺人才培养,是进一步牢固树立人才培养中心地位的有效措施。作为高校科研创新和成果转化的主阵地,科研平台在服务和支撑人才培养方面有着巨大能力和潜力,在一定程度上却也存在科研反哺人才培养机制仍不健全、科研资源向人才培养资源转化有效度不高、开放共享程度不够等一些问题。本文基于高校科研平台服务人才培养的现状,从强化科研反哺人才培养工作的政策引导、实施科研平台和人才培养支撑平台一体化建设、促进科研成果向人才培养资源有效转化、推动科研平台优质资源对人才培养开放共享、完善科研平台及科研人员考核激励等几个方面提出高校科研平台提升人才培养支撑能力的路径。

Personnel training is the central work of colleges and universities.Strengthening scientific research to nurture personnel training and enhancing the supporting ability of personnel training of university scientific research platforms is an effective measure to firmly establish the central position of personnel training.As the main land of university scientific research innovation and achievement transformation,the scientific research platform has great ability and potential in serving and supporting personnel training.To some extent,however,there are still some problems,such as the mechanism of nurturing talents through scientific research is still not perfect,the conversion efficiency of scientific research resources into personnel training resources is not high,openness and sharing are not enough.This article is based on the present situation of the college scientific research platform service personnel training,and puts forward the the following ways for the university research platform to improve the supporting ability of talent cultivation:strengthen the policy guidance of scientific research to nurture talents;implementing the integrated development of a scientific research platform and a supporting platform for personnel training;promoting the effective transformation of scientific research achievements into personnel training resources;promoting the open sharing of highquality resources of the research platform for personnel training;improving the scientific research platform and the evaluation and incentive of scientific research personnel.
