Curriculum Development of Accounting Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Competency Standard

基于能力本位的教育是高职院校职业教育教学的改革方向,要转变和突破传统僵化的学科课程体系,从职业工作系统分析入手,立足于会计职业工作实践,进行高职会计专业课程资源的整合,基于能力本位的视角进行高职会计专业课程体系的开发和建设,关注学习者在课程学习过程中的个别化学习,培养高素质、高技能、创新型的会计专业人才。

Competency-based education is the reform direction of vocational education and teaching in higher vocational colleges.It is necessary to change and break through the traditional rigid subject curriculum system,start with the analysis of professional work system,base on the practice of accounting professional work,integrate the curriculum resources of accounting major in higher vocational colleges,develop and construct the curriculum system of accounting major in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of competency-based,pay attention to the individual learning of learners in the course learning process,and cultivate high-quality,high-skilled and innovative accounting professionals.
