摘要 随着超声技术的发展,图像质量及分辨率不断的提高,适应范围不断扩大,也逐渐开始应用于肌肉骨骼系统的诊断中。肢体肌腱和韧带属于人体肌肉收缩及关节稳定的重要组织,一旦出现损伤不及时治疗,将会对患者的功能造成障碍,因此积极研究早期诊断技术对于临床治疗有着重要意义。肌骨超声作为近年来新兴诊断技术已经得到越来越多的关注,如何应用肌骨超声技术,提高临床肢体肌腱和韧带损伤的诊断准确性是当前研究中的重点。因此对肌骨超声诊断的应用及技术研究进展进行分析具有重要意义。 With the development of ultrasound technology,the image quality and resolution are constantly improved,and the adaptive scope is constantly expanded,and it is gradually applied in the diagnosis of musculoskeletal system.Limb tendons and ligaments are important tissues for muscle contraction and joint stability in the human body.Once injury occurs and not treated in time,it will cause dysfunction of patients.Therefore,active research on early diagnosis technology is of great significance for clinical treatment.Musculoskeletal ultrasound,as a new diagnostic technique,has received more and more attention in recent years.How to apply musculoskeletal ultrasound to improve the diagnostic accuracy of tendon and ligament injuries in the limbs is the focus of current research.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze the application and research progress of musculoskeletal ultrasound diagnosis.
