Objective To analyze and explore the clinical application value of transvaginal ultrasound and transabdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine fibroids. Methods 100 patients with uterine fibroids diagnosed in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were included in the study. The results of the examination were compared with the surgical pathology to determine the advantages and disadvantages of various examination methods. Results Compared with the 68.0%accuracy rate of transvaginal ultrasonography, the accuracy rate of transvaginal ultrasonography(92.0%)was significantly higher, and the diagnostic rate of combined ultrasonography(100%)was the highest, all P<0.05.The rate of missed diagnosis in abdominal examination was 3.0%,which was significantly lower than that in abdominal ultrasound examination(17.0%),and the rate of missed diagnosis in combined examination was 0.0%,both P<0.05,with significant difference between groups. Conclusion In the diagnosis of uterine fibroids, transvaginal ultrasound has more obvious characteristics of blood flow signal, compared with transabdominal ultrasound diagnosis accuracy is significantly higher, the combined application of the two diagnostic methods can significantly improve the detection rate of uterine fibroids, the rate of missed diagnosis is greatly reduced.
