磁敏感加权成像突出血管征与缺血性脑卒中预后的相关性研究

The correlation between magnetic sensitivity weighted imaging and the prognosis of ischemic stroke

目的:探讨磁敏感加权成像突出血管征与缺血性脑卒中预后的相关性。方法:选择2018年3月—2020年2月期间我院神经内科收治的确诊为缺血性脑卒中的患者56例,突出血管征阳性26例,阴性30例。所有患者均接受MRI检查,并均接受溶栓治疗对患者效果进行评估,比较突出血管征阳性、阴性发病治疗后的效果及对预后的情况进行分析。结果:突出血管征阴性者临床治疗效果明显优于突出血管征阳性者,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经预后多因素结果显示:除却入院NIHSS评分是预后的相关因素外,突出血管征同样与预后相关,数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:突出血管征与入院时NIHSS、血管狭窄程度以及病变范围存在关联,且突出血管征呈阴性患者预后较好,突出血管征可以作为缺血性脑卒中预后的影像学标志,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the correlation between magnetic sensitivity weighted imaging of prominent vascular signs and the prognosis of ischemic stroke.Methods From March 2018 to February 2020,56 patients diagnosed with ischemic stroke who were admitted to the Department of Neurology of our hospital were selected,26 with positive vascular signs and 30 with negative.All patients underwent MRI examination,and all received thrombolytic therapy to evaluate the effect of the patients,comparing the effects of treatment with positive and negative vascular signs and analyzing the prognosis.Results The clinical treatment effect of the negative patients with protruding vascular signs was significantly better than that of the positive patients with protruding vascular signs,and the data difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The results of multiple prognostic factors showed that,except the admission NIHSS score was a prognostic factor,the prominent vascular signs were also correlated with the prognosis,and the data were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Prominent vascular sign is associated with NIHSS,degree of vascular stenosis and lesion range at the time of admission,and patients with negative vascular sign have a good prognosis.Prominent vascular sign can be used as an imaging marker for the prognosis of ischemic stroke,which is worthy of promotion and application.
