DR和多层螺旋CT在胸腰椎骨折中的诊断价值比较

Comparison of the diagnostic value of DR and multi-slice spiral CT in thoracolumbar fractures

目的:探讨X线和多层螺旋CT在胸腰椎骨折中的诊断价值差异。方法:选取2016年1月—2020年7月我院收治的胸腰椎骨折76例,所有患者均经手术明确诊断,并且行胸腰椎DR正侧位片和多层螺旋CT检查,比较两者的诊断准确率。结果:多层螺旋CT胸腰椎骨折诊断符合率,安全型和爆裂型诊断准确率均明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多层螺旋CT对胸腰椎骨折具有较高的诊断负荷率,同时对骨折分型检出率优于DR,具有较高的诊断价值。

Objective To explore the diagnostic value difference between X-ray and multi-slice spiral CT in thoracolumbar fractures.Methods A total of 76 cases of thoracolumbar spine fractures were selected from January 2016 to July 30,2020.All patients were clearly diagnosed by surgery,and underwent thoracolumbar DR anterior and lateral radiographs and multi-slice spiral CT examinations to compare the two The diagnostic accuracy of the patient.Results The diagnostic accuracy rate of multi-slice spiral CT for thoracolumbar fractures,safe type and burst type were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT has a higher diagnostic load rate for thoracolumbar fractures,and the detection rate of fracture classification is better than DR,which has a higher diagnostic value.
