摘要
目的:评价X线透视结合切线位点片用于细微骨折临床诊断的应用价值。方法:纳入我院骨科2019年4月—2020年3月期间收治的经CT检查确诊为腕骨骨折的81例患者作为研究对象,对研究对象实施X线检查,X线检查的具体摄片方式包括正位片、正侧位片、透视结合切线位点片,比较X线各种摄片方式的细微骨折检出情况。结果:81例患者CT检查的细微骨折类型包括舟骨骨折、月骨骨折、头状骨骨折、三角骨骨折、大多角骨骨折、小多角骨骨折、豌豆骨骨折,各类型骨折的构成比依次为67.90%、16.05%、11.11%、7.41%、3.70%、3.70%、2.47%。X线透视结合切线位点片诊断上述细微骨折类型的准确率均较X线正位片和X线正侧位片高(P<0.05)。结论:可以弥补传统X线正位片和X线正侧位片存在的应用局限性,降低细微骨折的漏诊率和误诊率。
Objective To evaluate the application value of X-ray fluoroscopy combined with tangent site films in the clinical diagnosis of microfractures.Methods 81 patients who were diagnosed with carpal fractures by CT examination and were admitted to the Department of Orthopedics of hospital fromA pril 2019 to March 2020 were included as the research objectsC.arry out X-ray examination.The specific methods of X-ray examination include orthographic radiographs,orthographic radiographs,fluoroscopy combined with tangent site radiographs,and compare the detection of subtle fractures by various X-ray radiographic methods.Results 81(list the main results(units need to be indicated),data,statistical significance(P value),etc.,and explain their value and limitations.)The types of minor fractures on CT examination of the patients included scaphoid fracture and lunate Fractures,capitate fractures,triangular bone fractures,large horn bone fractures,small polygonal bone fractures,and pea bone fractures.The composition ratios of each type of fracture are 67.90%,16.05%,11.11%,7.41%,3.70%,and 3.70%,2.47%.X-ray fluoroscopy combined with tangent site films was more accurate than X-ray anterior and lateral radiographs in the diagnosis of the abovementioned types of micro fractures(P<0.05).Conclusion It can make up for the application limitations of traditional X-ray anterior and lateral X-ray films,and reduce the missed and misdiagnosed rate of mino rfractures..
