摘要
本文研究了聚乙烯蜡对铝系高光喷墨介质性能的影响,发现聚乙烯蜡能改善喷墨涂层的抗划伤性、提高表面的光泽度。在影像性能方面,随着聚乙烯蜡百分含量的增加,对色密度的影响出现了分化,黄、品、青三色密度略有提升,黑色密度出现了下降趋势,并分析了产生此现象的原因。
The influence of polyethylene wax(PEW)on aluminum-based high-gloss were studied,including the gloss,scratch resistance and color density of the ink jet coating.It found that the gloss and scratch resistance of the ink jet coating improved,but the influence on the density of yellow,magenta,cyan,black were different.And the causes of this phenomenon were analyzed.
