技术董事、技术资源配置与公司成长--基于生命周期的动态研究

Technology Director,Technology Resource Allocation and Enterprise Growth——Dynamic Study Based on Life Cycle

本文选取上市公司为样本,以生命周期为研究视角,探索技术董事、技术资源配置对公司成长的动态效应,以厘清技术董事、技术资源与公司成长之间的内在影响机理。研究发现,技术资源配置是技术董事与公司成长之间的部分中介变量,成熟期最明显,成长期次之,衰退期最弱。立足于创新驱动与转型升级的现实环境,本文结论为公司创新能力提升、技术董事治理及持续发展提供一定参考借鉴。

Taking listed companies as sample,from life cycle perspective,this paper explores dynamic effect of technical director and technical resource allocation on company growth in order to clarify the internal influence mechanism among them.The findings are as follows.Technical resource allocation is the partial intermediary variable between technical director and company growth.The mature period is the most obvious,the growth period is the second,and the decline period is the weakest.Based on realistic environment of innovation-driven,transformation and upgrading,the conclusions of this article provide some references on innovation ability enhancement,technical director governance and sustainable development.
