民用直升机可变旋翼转速模式对适航审定的影响

Study on the Influence of Variable Rotor Speed Mode on Airworthiness Review of Civil Helicopter

可变旋翼转速模式在直升机性能、噪声环保以及经济性等方面的突出表现,得到了国内外直升机设计厂商的重视。结合国内外可变旋翼转速技术直升机的实际使用情况,以国内外直升机审查工作为基础,归纳了可变旋翼转速模式工作的主要方式。对该技术涉及的直升机适航规章条款进行归纳总结,分析了对相关条款符合性的影响情况,提出了可变旋翼转速直升机审查过程中的重点关注方向。为相关民航直升机的适航验证工作和审定工作提供借鉴和指导。

The performance of the variable rotor speed mode in the aspects of performance,noise,environmental protection and economy of the helicopter has been paid much attention by the domestic and foreign helicopter designers.Based on the practical application of the domestic and foreign helicopters with variable rotor speed technology,the main working modes of the variable rotor speed mode are summarized based on the inspection work of domestic and foreign helicopters.This paper summarizes the rules and regulations of helicopter airworthiness related to this technology,analyzes the influence on the compliance of relevant rules and regulations,and puts forward the key attention direction in the review process of helicopter with variable rotor speed.It provides reference and guidance for the airworthiness verification and certification of relevant civil aviation helicopters.
