浅谈高校基本建设工程项目管理

Discussion on Capital Construction Project Management in Colleges and Universities

目前随着国内高校事业规模的大力发展,高校基本建设工程也蓬勃发展,与此同时高校基本建设工程项目管理也面临着前所未有的挑战。本文通过多年来高校基本建设工程项目管理工作经验,分析目前高校基本建设管理工作面临的现状及存在问题,通过全方位剖析,提出高校基本建设项目管理方式的改进方向。

At present,the capital construction project is booming in colleges and universities with the development of university scale in China.At same time it is facing unprecedented challenges.This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of capital construction management in colleges and universities,through the experience of capital construction project management in many years.Then the paper puts forward the improvement direction of capital construction project management mode in colleges and universities,by analyzing the present situation and existing problems.
