摘要
火力发电是我国重要的发电模式,在国民经济当中占据着至关重要的作用。因为,随着人民意识的不断提高,越来越提高对高质量环境的需求,这就不断推动着电力行业对于环境保护的认识,不断提高电力行业科学技术的进步,逐渐大力推进节能减排的号召,更加促使火电厂对于火电厂相关技术改造。本文以火电厂的全过程管理技改项目为出发点,通过对现期阶段技改项目现存问题进行分析,设计并制定科学合理的评价指标体系,并在实际的改造项目中得出实现全过程工程造价管理的水平达到最优。
Thermal power generation is an important power generation mode in China,which plays an important role in the national economy.Because,with the continuous improvement of people's awareness and the increasing demand for high-quality environment,this is constantly promoting the understanding of the power industry for environmental protection,constantly improving the progress of science and technology in the power industry,gradually vigorously promoting the call for energy conservation and emission reduction,and further promoting the thermal power plant for the relevant technical transformation of the thermal power plant.Based on the whole process management and technical transformation project of thermal power plant,this paper analyzes the existing problems of the current stage technical transformation project,designs and formulates a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system,and obtains the optimal level of the whole process project cost management in the actual transformation project.
