摘要
电网工程建设项目具有周期较长、施工条件复杂、多方共同参与的特点。项目的计划管理对进度、质量、成本会产生直接的影响,科学开展计划管理有助于实现进度、质量、成本的控制目标,规避潜在风险,提升电网工程的整体效能。但是电网工程项目实践中对计划管理还有不完善之处,包括工期未能按计划进行、工程返工情况的出现以及成本投入超出预算。因此,电网工程计划管理的优化应当注重进度计划制定的合理性,立足项目全过程加强质量评估和控制,减少项目偏差,从多方面推进项目的顺利实施。
The construction project of power grid engineering has the characteristics of long period,complex construction conditions and multi-party participation.The plan management of the project will have a direct impact on the progress,quality and cost.Scientific plan management will help to achieve the control objectives of progress,quality and cost,avoid potential risks and improve the overall efficiency of the power grid project.However,in the practice of power grid project,there are still some deficiencies in the plan management,including the failure of schedule,the occurrence of project rework,and the cost investment exceeding the budget.Therefore,the optimization of power grid project plan management should pay attention to the rationality of schedule formulation,strengthen quality assessment and control based on the whole process of the project,and reduce project deviation,in order to promote the smooth implementation of the project from various aspects.
