某车型差速器路试断裂故障分析及改进

摘要 弹性挡圈是一种重要的机械紧固件,其在高转速下的工作性能直接影响动力传动系统运行的可靠性。针对某款纯电动汽车路试过程中减速器零部件断裂问题进行原因调查,通过有限元方法调整行星齿轮轴油槽结构降低应力集中风险,理论分析行星齿轮轴与弹性挡圈配合失效模式并改进弹性挡圈结构型式,降低差速器轴承压装力防止弹性挡圈早期脱落失效措施,解决了该问题。 External circlip is a very important mechanical fastener,its service performance at high rotational speed directly affects the reliability of powertrain system operation.Investigation is carried out for cause of an electric vehicle reducer parts fracture during the road test.Adjusting the oil groove structure of the planetary gear shaft to reduce the risk of stress concentration by finite element method,analyzing the failure mode of the planetary gear shaft and the circlip to improve the structure of the circlip,reducing the pressure of the differential bearing to prevent the early failure,which solves the problem finaly.
