摘要
笔者根据靖远县枸杞果实不同阶段熟果的特征,设计出了一种可更换采摘刀片的便携式枸杞采摘机。采摘机主要由蓄电池、电动机、齿轮箱、硅胶辊轮和集果盒等部分组成,利用硅胶辊轮相向转动时硅胶刀片间的间隙完成枸杞的采摘。研究表明:采摘头茬枸杞时采摘头选择较长的软毛刷的辊轮,最大限度的降低枸杞的损伤率,提高经济效益;采摘二茬以后的枸杞时选择柔软的硅胶辊轮,能降低枸杞的损伤率同时提高采摘机的使用寿命;采摘枸杞与果柄的结合力大的枸杞时,选择软橡胶制成的辊轮可提高采摘效率。这种枸杞采摘机不仅可以提高采摘效率,而且还能够降低枸杞的破损率。
In this paper,the characteristics of different stages of fruit ripening of Chinese wolfberry in Jingyuan County were studied,and a portable picking machine with replaceable picking blades was designed.The picking machine consists of a battery,a motor,a gear box,a roller with soft silica and a fruit collecting box.It can pick Chinese wolfberry by the clearance between the Silica Gel Blade when the Silica Gel roller rotates in the opposite direction.The results show that the roller with longer soft bristles can reduce the damage rate of Chinese wolfberry and increase the economic benefit;and the roller with Soft Silica can be used to pick chinese wolfberry after the second harvest,to reduce the damage rate of Chinese wolfberry and improve the service life of picking machine;picking Chinese wolfberry which has strong binding force with fruit handle,the selection of soft rubber made of roller is selected to improve the picking efficiency.The picking machine can not only improve the picking efficiency,but also reduce the damage rate of Chinese wolfberry.
