按照工程项目进行的时间先后,自动化系统调试包含工厂验收测试、现场设备安装、现场验收测试、回路测试、功能测试等几个关键阶段,各个阶段的目标和任务不同,其中工厂验收测试和功能测试是两个主要阶段,因为处于工期的起始和最后,对于系统调试的质量有着重要作用。通过对两个阶段的计划安排、质量控制、时间、人力等因素进行分析,优化管理方法,有效控制综合成本。

According to the time sequence of the project,the commissioning of automation system includes factory acceptance test,field equipment installation,site acceptance test,loop test,function test and so on.The objectives and tasks of each stage are different.Factory acceptance test and function test are two main stages,because they are at the beginning and the end of the construction period,the quality of trial plays an important role.Through the analysis of the two stages of planning,quality control,time,manpower and other factors,the management method is optimized to effectively control the comprehensive cost.
