摘要
随着人们物质生活水平的提高,对于教育的认同,对于学习成材的渴望越来越强烈,直至我国的高校不断扩招,大学生人数逐年递增,诸多新兴行业也由于高校设定的系统化教育,而得到了人才补充。在高校人数庞大的基础上,在高校活动丰富的基础上,传统的人力管理早已经落于俗套,缺乏效率。信息化的管理成为常态,使得高校管理整体化、模式化发展,但目前由于高校在信息化的管理上缺乏经验,还存在一些不足,需要寻求对策查漏补缺。
With the improvement of people's material living standards,people's recognition of education and their desire to learn to become talented people are getting stronger and stronger.Until the continuous expansion of colleges and universities in China,the number of college students is increasing year by year,and many emerging industries are supplemented by talents due to the systematic education set by colleges and universities.On the basis of the large number of colleges and universities and the rich activities in colleges and universities,the traditional human management has already fallen into the stereotype and lacks efficiency.Information management has become the norm,which makes the management of colleges and universities develop in an integrated and modular way.However,due to the lack of experience in information management in colleges and universities,there are still some shortcomings,and it is necessary to seek countermeasures to check and fill in the gaps.
