In the new era,on the basis of inheriting the tradition of foreign aid,china actively develops explores and innovates,forming a multifaceted,multidimensional aid concept with Chinese characteristics and world advancement.In the practice of foreign aid,China has always adhered to the essence of aid,insists on“no political conditions attached”and“values of justice and shared interest”,pursues the harmony of sovereignty and interests;strives to achieve the goal of aid,promotes the independent and sustainable development of developing countries,and jointly builds a“community of destiny”;appropriately adjusts the scale of aid,adheres to the close integration of China’s national conditions and the actual needs of developing countries;actively plays the role of aid,and provides regional and global public goods;actively carries out and promotes foreign aid and makes more international contributions with the conception of“sincerity,honesty,amity and frankness”.China’s active foreign assistance not only reflects China’s sense of international responsibility and ethics,but also demonstrates China’s great power style and responsibility.
