供给侧改革视域下高校思想政治理论课话语权建设的路径创新

The Path Innovation of the Discourse Power Construction of Ideological and Political Theory Courses in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Supply-side Reform

高校思想政治理论课话语权建设的实质是更好推进马克思主义中国化、时代化和大众化。通过供给侧改革这一研究范式的市场供销流程及其绩效评估的分析,表明当前高校思想政治理论课话语权建设存在着明显的"供需结构失衡",即高校思想政治理论课话语权建设的管理决策口、理论生产口、传播推销口和舆情反馈口内力不足且相互脱节,因而在实际教学过程中难以真正提升学生在思想政治素质方面的"获得感"。加强高校思想政治理论课话语权建设,必须以巩固马克思主义及其中国化理论形态的主体地位为根本,以引导和服务学生树立正确的思想理论需求为导向,积极推进思想政治理论课供给侧改革,推进思想政治理论课在宣教管理体系、理论建构体系、传播推广体系和舆情反馈体系建设,不断增强高校思想政治理论课话语权建设的战略管理能力、持续生产能力、充分供给能力和售后服务能力,从而实现高校思想政治教育与学生需求之间的有机对接。

The essence of the discourse power construction of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities is to better promote the sinicization,epochalization and popularization of marxism.Supply side reform,through the research paradigm of the analysis of the market supply and marketing process and its performance evaluation,shows that there exists obvious structural imbalance between supply and demand in the current ideological and political theory class discourse construction,namely the discrepancy and insufficiency between the management and decision-making of the construction of the ideological and political theory class,theory,marketing theory production and public opinion feedback internal force.Therefore it is difficult to achieve real ascension in the process of practical teaching students in ideological and political quality of"feeling".To strengthen the construction of ideological and political theory class discourse,it is necessary to consolidate the sinicization of marxism and its main body status in the form of theory as the basis,to guide and help student set up the correct thought needs theory as the guiding principle,actively promote the reform of ideological and political theory class supply side,and promote the ideological and political theory course in education management system,construction of theory system,promotion system and public opinion feedback system.We must strengthen the construction of the ideological and political theory class discourse,strategic management ability,continuous production capacity,supply and after-sales service,so as to realize the ideological and political education and student demand between organic docking.
