摘要
文章对航天器某型号2A12-T4铝合金燃油滤外壳表面铬酸阳极化后出现明暗条纹缺陷进行研究,通过对比发现表面明暗条纹是与铝合金挤压棒材表层粗晶环形成有关。去掉铝材表层后,进行铬酸阳极化,明暗条纹消失,结果满足产品质量要求,表明该方法可行。
The light and dark fringes defects appeared on the surface of a 2 A12-T4 aluminum alloy fuel filter shell of an aerospacecraft after being anodized by chromnic acid,in this paper.It is found that the surface shading is related to the formation of coarse grain ring on the surface of aluminum alloy extruded bar.After removing the surface of aluminum,chromic acid anodizing and dark and light stripes disappear.The results meet the requirements of product quality.It shows that the method is feasible.
