摘要
文章以某石化企业应用行为观察系统为例,通过收集企业内各类违章行为信息,分析得出企业行为安全管理问题及现状,展示了行为观察系统的应用情况,可为企业改进违章行为管理提供参考信息,实现企业员工遵纪守章,有效控制和减少违章行为。
Taking the application of behavior observation system of a petrochemical enterprise as an example,this paper analyzes the problems and current situation of enterprise behavior safety management by collecting all kinds of violation information in the enterprise,and shows the application of behavior observation system,which can provide reference information for enterprises to improve violation management,realize the compliance of enterprise employees,and effectively control and reduce violations.
