利用SCADA系统对银漫矿业矿井设备进行自动化改造

摘要 为了解决银漫矿业空压机房、通风机房、热风机房、进风井等部位在矿区外较远且分散,冬季大雪覆盖期间难以通行、难以架设通讯线缆等困难,利用SCADA系统对现有的设备进行了无线远程集中控制改造,通过现场控制器采集设备数据,利用4G网络和“云”技术和集控室上位机实现通讯,实现了远程无线集中控制,不仅实现了减人增效,还为安全生产提供了保障。 In order to solve the problems that the air compressor room,ventilation room,hot air room,air intake shaft and other parts of Yinman mining are far away and scattered outside the mining area,and it is difficult to pass and set up communication cables during the snow covered period in winter,the existing equipment is transformed into wireless remote centralized control by using SCADA system.The equipment data is collected through the field controller,and the 4 G network and"cloud"technology are used to collect data.The upper computer in the control room realizes communication and remote wireless centralized control,which not only reduces the number of people and increases efficiency,but also provides guarantee for safety production.
