摘要
随着石油管道工程项目的发展,项目管理愈加重要。所以应当提高项目管理意识,分析管理要点和优化方向是石油管道工程管理项目的关键。文章分析了石油管道工程项目管理中以及成本控制中存在的问题,提出了相应的优化措施和现场管理建议。
With the development of oil pipeline project,project management becomes more and more important.Therefore,we should improve the awareness of project management,analysis of management points and optimization direction is the key to oil pipeline project management.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the project management and cost control of oil pipeline engineering,and puts forward corresponding optimization measures and on-site management suggestions.
