文章主要介绍榆林化学有限责任公司180万t/a煤制乙二醇精制工艺流程及原理,由于乙二醇精制工艺原料组分复杂,杂质较多,为了提高聚酯级乙二醇产品收率和产品品质及各组分间的分离效果,在设计阶段对煤制乙二醇精制工艺进行了相应的优化。

This paper mainly introduces the Yulin chemical ethylene glycol refining process and principle of 1.8 million tons a year of coal,due to the complexity of ethylene glycol refining process raw material component,the impurity is more,in order to improve the level of polyester glycol product yield and product quality and the separation effect between components,in the design phase of coal glycol refining process,the corresponding optimization is put forward.
