摘要
Xylan涂层技术可有效地保证水下设备的防腐性能,目前在国内处于起步阶段。文章中的研究通过在试板及大小工件上的不同测试,将Xylan涂层进行全方位测试并验证,最终成功摸索出Xylan涂层技术的难点及关键所在,为后续的产品制造铺平道路。
Xylan coating technology can effectively ensure the anticorrosion performance of underwater equipment,which is in the initial stage in China.In this paper,through the different tests on the test plate and large and small work pieces,the Xylan coating was tested and verified in all directions.Finally,the difficulties and key points of Xylan coating technology were found out successfully,which paved the way for the subsequent product manufacturing.
