摘要
目的:主要对血气生化仪与全自动生化仪的实际检验结果进行对比分析。方法:选取2018年12月~2019年2月在本院就诊的患者100例,对患者进行抽取动脉血5mL、静脉血5mL,其中动脉血的标本进行血气分析仪器检测,静脉血标本进行全自动生化仪器检测,对比两种检测结果。结果:通过数据的对比,血气分析仪对NA+,K+监测的含量是要明显低于全自动生化仪,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:在一定程度上血气生化仪与全自动生化分析仪针对患者的血液各项指标的检测都有着不错的效果,但是血气生化仪和全自动生化分析仪器相比较,血气分析仪在检测速度方面要快于全自动生化分析仪,并且其所判断的准确性也会更高,在临床生化指标检测中是极为重要的检测方式。
Objective:The purpose of this paper is to compare and analyze the actual test results of blood gas biochemical analyzer and automatic biochemical analyzer.Methods:A total of 100 patients from December 2018 to February 2019 in our hospital were selected.5mL of arterial blood and 5mL of venous blood were extracted from the patients.Arterial blood samples were tested by blood gas analyzer,while venous blood samples were tested by automatic biochemical instrument.Results:The content of NA+and K+monitored by the blood gas analyzer was significantly lower than that of the automatic biochemical analyzer,with statistically significant difference on P<0.05.Conclusion:To some extent,blood gas biochemical instrument and automatic biochemical analyzer for the patient’s blood test indicators are has a good effect,but the natural biochemistry analyzer and fully automatic biochemical analysis instrument,blood gas analyzer in detect faster Chinese all over the automatic biochemical analyzer,and the judgment accuracy will be higher,in the clinical and biochemical indicator detection is a very important way of testing.
